Technician at Kassacentralen Gothenburg

Are you a technician with an interest in IT looking for your next challenge? At Kassacentralen, we are now looking for a technician who wants to help us reach the next level!

About the role

As a service technician, you will work on-site at our customers' locations, installing our payment solutions. You will also handle incoming cases and troubleshoot issues that arise at customer sites. Additionally, you will provide customer support via phone.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Installation and maintenance of hardware and software
• Delivery of hardware to customers
• Basic phone support
• Logging cases in the CRM system
• Troubleshooting products

The role begins with an introduction where you will gain knowledge about our systems and products. You will be based out of our office, and we provide a service vehicle for customer visits. The position may also involve on-call duties, including work during inconvenient hours.

Who are you?

This role involves significant customer contact, so we are looking for someone who is outgoing and enjoys interacting with customers. To succeed in this position, you need strong competencies or experience in IT and technology. You should be handy and able to work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A technical education or equivalent competence
• A genuine interest in the IT field
• A desire to work with people and service
• Previous experience in similar roles
• A valid driver's license (Category B)

Experience with routers/switches and networking is considered a merit.
